In recent years, digital speed limit signs have become increasingly common on roads and highways. But how do these signs fit into the evolving landscape of the Internet of Things (IoT)? How do they receive and display information? And perhaps most importantly, how secure are they? This talk explores the underlying systems, potential vulnerabilities, and the implications of unauthorized changes—such as maxing out the speed limit.
